1. Agreement to Terms

By using Asaph, whether on the web or via mobile app, you agree to these Terms provided by SilenVault. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service & External Purchases

Asaph is a group coordination utility for compiling choices into a single list.

Important: Asaph does not sell goods, prepare food, fulfill deliveries, or process payments. You or your group host are solely responsible for placing orders and completing payment directly with external vendors.

3. Accounts & Guest Participation

Hosts sign in with an authenticated account (such as Google) to manage custom lists and persistent rooms. Guests may participate in sessions with a chosen nickname. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in item lists.
• Attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or access unauthorized data.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any custom item names and lists you create. The Asaph platform, brand, and software are owned exclusively by SilenVault.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Account & Settings → Delete Account). A 48-hour recovery window applies before permanent deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SilenVault is not liable for vendor fulfillment errors, pricing inaccuracies on external menus, or temporary service interruptions.
