1. Overview

Asaph is operated by SilenVault. It is a utility designed to help groups collect and organize individual choices together in real time. We respect your privacy and collect only what is necessary to operate the service.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and profile picture.
• Session Selections: When you join a group session, we record your chosen nickname and the items you select so they appear in the group list.
• Saved Lists: Custom item lists that hosts create and save in their Library.
• Basic Diagnostics: Device type (Android or Web), app version, and error logs to fix crashes and maintain stability.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Asaph does not process payments, handle credit card numbers, or track your GPS location. All ordering, purchasing, and fulfillment occur outside this application.

4. How We Use Information

• To display individual choices to participants in your active session.
• To save custom item lists for registered hosts.
• To keep the application secure and reliable.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Active group sessions are temporary. When a session ends, participant choices are cleared. Lists saved in a host's Library remain until the host edits or removes them.

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app under Account & Settings → Delete Account.

Upon requesting deletion, your account is deactivated for a 48-hour recovery window. If you sign back in during this period, the deletion is canceled. After 48 hours without cancellation, your account credentials and personal data are permanently deleted.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information against unauthorized access.
